Third Space Gardens is one of a growing number of social enterprises operated by Third Space Bolton to help people who face real and significant challenges in getting a job. These could include trauma, insufficient work experience, health & wellbeing needs, education barriers and communication challenges.
We do this by giving them a real work opportunity and individualised support to ultimately help them progress into sustainable employment. We aim to recruit 50% of our team from our Third Space Bolton social projects.
Our people
Grant Robbins started working with Third Space in 2021 leading our social enterprise gardening business and completing projects for over 30 gardens on the Flower Estate in New Bury.
